Circle M Construction is Chad Skipper and Alberto “Bert” Mendez, working out of Cave City in Sharp County.
When you call, you get one of them — not a scheduler three counties away who has never seen your house. They are on the jobs they sell, which is why the quote matches the work, and why the same standard shows up on a small deck and on a whole new home.
That is also why they do not take every job. If a build is outside what they do well, they will say so and usually know who does.
