We quote the build in writing, walk the site with you before we price it, and keep you current as it goes up. The same crew stays on it from the slab to the last piece of trim, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between subs who have never met.

Can you build on land I already own?
Yes, and most of our new builds are exactly that. We will walk the site with you before quoting, because the lot has a lot to say about what a build costs.
Do you do the site work too?
We coordinate the dirt work, footings and slab as part of the build so you are not chasing three different outfits to get a foundation in.
Can I use my own plan?
Yes. Bring a plan you bought, one an architect drew, or a photo of something you liked. We will tell you honestly what it will take to build it here.
How long does a house take?
It depends on size, weather and how fast selections get made, so we will not quote you a number on a web page. We will give you a realistic schedule with your quote and tell you when it slips.
