Yes, and a lot of Izard County is exactly that. Stepped foundations, tall deck framing and real drainage planning are normal parts of a build out here.
How far west do you go?
Comfortably to Melbourne and Calico Rock. Past that you are getting to the edge of an hour, so call and ask rather than assuming.
Can you build a house on land I already own?
