The cheapest way to get a big dry space
Post frame carries the roof on posts rather than on a continuous foundation and stud walls. That is why nearly every shop and barn in this part of Arkansas is built that way: fewer materials, faster to stand up, and a lot less money per square foot than stick-built.
It also clears the span. You get a wide, open, column-free floor for a tractor, a truck and a lift without a forest of posts down the middle.
Tell us what the building has to do before we price it. A place to park equipment and a heated shop you will work in all winter are two different buildings, and it is much cheaper to decide that now than to insulate and finish it later.

What is post frame?
Posts set in the ground or on piers carry the roof, instead of a continuous foundation and stud walls. It is how most shops and barns around here are built: faster to put up and less money per square foot than stick-built.
Can I get concrete in it?
Yes, and most people want it. We can pour the slab as part of the build, or leave it dirt now and pour later if you would rather spread the cost.
Can it be insulated or finished inside?
Yes. Plenty of these end up as heated shops with a finished room in one corner. Tell us what you want it to do and we will build it for that.
Do you do the doors?
Overhead doors, walk doors and windows all get included in the quote so you are not left sourcing them yourself.
