Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free, and we try to get them back to you quickly rather than leaving you wondering. If we are not the right crew for the job we will say so up front.
How far will you travel?
We are based in Cave City and work mostly north and west of it, roughly an hour out. That covers Sharp, Independence, Izard and Fulton counties. If you are close to the edge of that, call and ask rather than assuming.
Will I be dealing with you or a salesman?
You deal with Chad or Bert. They quote the jobs they work on, so the person who gave you the number is the person on your property.
